Return Policy

The capsule Wardrobe shop will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 5 CONSECUTIVE days of receiving the items. We DO NOT PROCESS EXCHANGES.

We will send back all items returned with signs of use or any marks of makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant or stains.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on our part. 

PLEASE NOTE: 

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale.

Please follow these steps for returns:

1. Please contact us first to receive a RAN (Return Authorization Number) We cannot process your return without a RAN. 
2. Once you receive your RAN you can ship your return. Please include your ORDER number and your RAN inside Return Package. Please keep your shipping receipts until your return is refunded. We are not responsible for lost packages .
3. Please allow us 5-7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process your return.
4. You will receive your refund within 2-3 business days, depending on your bank account.
